Do your damn research TYT. The previous AG in Arizona was a Republican who did not pursue the case. The current AG started preparing the case immediately she got into office. It is worth noting that the losing Republican candidate tried to get the vote nullified in court. He lost.
I am starting to lose faith in TYT - they are far too ready to criticize Biden, and his government, without doing all the research. I believe that they are far too influenced by the Israeli/Palestinian question to be objective.
