It is beyond a joke that it has taken this long for "rulers" to start to recognise that more harm has come from the war on drugs, that there is harm coming from said drug.
Lawmakers now need to set aside a percentage of profits made from drug sales, for any safety net needed by anybody who has medical or mental harm coming from the use of said drug.
Hopefully all countrys in the world will come to the same conclusion soon.
