@jenniferbull84 Says:
This is horrifying. Why are politicians allowed to control medicine. They killed her child.
@kjb379 Says:
If that had been a white woman in the same scenario, she would have been induced quickly during her first hospital visit.
@Tradesman1956 Says:
America is time-travelling back to the days of the Spanish Inquisition 500 years ago. The world is watching in shock.
@theresaschuebel5151 Says:
She violated HIPA is what she did.
@cghizzoni Says:
Lol. You're all so hilariously wrong! She wasn't arrested because she had a miscarriage. She was arrested because of how she handled the body afterward.
@renelane Says:
When men can actually give birth, then come talk to us women about pregnancy and birth.
@renelane Says:
men have no idea what women go through during a pregnancy. That's why their arguments will never justify these laws.
@renelane Says:
There is not argument in the world that justify taking a medical care away from a woman during pregnancy, regardless of the outcome. Arguments against abortion, is nothing more that a political bullshit.
@renelane Says:
This is such a shame on our citizens and country. I am applaud that a prosecutor would even bring this to trial. If a man had and gave birth just once, we wouldn't be discussing this or outlawed in health care for women. Pregnancy and birth is medical condition and should be handled appropriately by the medical field and not the government or states.
@lmarchand8526 Says:
She was alone, authorities refused to help her, there was a law... I can imagine her anguish, fear, and extreme feeling of being abandoned by all. She deserves compassion and understanding. The jury made the right decision, but it was all an unnecessary and cruel h**l for an already grieving woman to go through.
@bobbierobinson6269 Says:
I'm very much against abortion, but this is just plain old bs! Glad the jury had some sense.
@Penguins44 Says:
What are you talking about, she was never prosecuted for having a miscarriage. The charge was for abusing a corpse. It had absolutely nothing to do with miscarriage, or with abortion for that matter. Stop lying. 0:38 “ she will not be prosecuted any further for having a miscarriage“. And no, it’s not the same thing. TYT seems incapable of telling the truth.
@indreahadden5936 Says:
welcome to the USA
@teresacastro1263 Says:
Ive blocked this channel from appearning in my feed. You shadowed ban people for no reason and I am supporting this woman and prividing actual information. TYT is not progressive as they allow misinformation to proliferate the comments.
@larryballout4702 Says:
If i was this lady i would sue the hospital.
@HealthPoliticsAndProtein Says:
Ha! Massive lawsuit win for this lady coming
@HealthPoliticsAndProtein Says:
Injustice system? She wasn’t indicted
@moebetta6194 Says:
@noteven u sound as IGNORANT as ur name. She was at the doctor in pain and bleeding. Y didnt they help her? Its people like u who are evil like the nurse
@SunflowerSunflower101 Says:
How was she supposed to "handle" the corpse without mishandling it? There's literally no way she could have done anything different that it wouldn't have been considered "mishandling of a corpse" by how the prosecutors put it. I'd be curious to know how the hospitals & doctor's offices "handle" all the "corpses" they get.
@AwesomeMusicLady Says:
She tried multiple times to go to the doctor to have the miscarriage dealt with at the hospital They turned her away So she delivered the dead baby in her house and threw it away If she’d been able to be seen at a hospital this story would have ended slightly differently but she was turned away from the hospital .
@noelsangster7045 Says:
VOTE BLUE... Get these republican animals out of office
@noteven3085 Says:
So this grown azz woman, who WORKS in the medical field, went AMA twice because she wasn’t getting her way. What kind of animal delivers a 23 week old HUMAN in a toilet and uses a plunger to move it into the septic system? You talk about callous! Karma is pulling up.
@KA-Run_It_Back Says:
That nurse needs to be fired. Straight up. The fetus was not living. What was she to do if glued body decided to push it out. That nurse is typical behavior from most of these jealous azz flat mouth liars. Disgusting
@deassfgh7807 Says:
😡 these women are being punished for what her body does naturally by pushing out a baby that her body just can't carry or that's not viable . What is this becoming. We're becoming less and less of America all of the time. So are we going to get in trouble for throwing up next? A woman having a miscarriage is a bodily function. She has no control over what her body does. woman we need to fight hard for our rights.
@Bunny-pv1kj Says:
Revoke the nurses license
@tammyblythe109 Says:
She should never have Bern charged. 😢
@unwinr Says:
Praise be, thank God 🌟💞
@brendahartstern4565 Says:
This is not about prosecuting a woman. This is about prosecuting Republicans and conservatives. Either that nurse, the local police, or the district attorney was practicing their personal political activism on the job.
@andypandy247 Says:
He’s right … It was definitely racism
@Shrike1988 Says:
You people are vile
@Xsa-z7i Says:
The nurse's intentions are questionable. It's creepy, as if they were watching the patients and just waiting for them to report it😨
@energeticpets Says:
Dog bless her, this shouldn't have gone this far
@foggybottom1699 Says:
It's our bodies and we don't belong in a court room after having a MISCARRIAGE WTF... MEN fix the real problems... MEN.. UNEDUCATED CONTROLLING MEN. My body is none of your business. Pos.
@chaoticwonder3278 Says:
This shouldn't have gone to a grand jury in the first place. If the laws in Ohio weren't so STUPID she would have been assisted _at the hospital_ instead of being sent home to protect the hospital from liability and/or prosecution. I hate this timeline.
@mikgold Says:
What kind of country are you taking a vulnerable mother through this ordeal?
@mluna1898 Says:
Why aren’t there men speaking up in the comments section? They only come here and start a keyboard war when it comes to some bullsh*t
@pamelawatts6439 Says:
🙏🏽
@mluna1898 Says:
Wow, this reminds me of when they used to kill women who wouldn’t give birth to boys. Punishing someone for something they can not control. Oh my God, I can’t imagine living in America. 😞
@fredaowens2728 Says:
Its a dirty rotten shame that this woman had to go through this!
@jusjohnson6410 Says:
Martin Luther saw MASTURBATION as a SIN more terrible than heterosexual rape since such rape was considered to be "in accordance with nature", while masturbation was "unnatural".[107] He also viewed masturbation and coitus interruptus THE SAME ACT AS KILLING CHILDREN BEFORE THEY HAVE A CHANCE TO BE BORN, therefore, for him, MASTURBATION was basically THE SAME AS ABORTION.[108] In keeping with the concept that ejaculation is only for pro creation every sperm is sacred, it logically follows the Supreme Court mandate compulsory use of an IMPLANTED Biometric Monitor, that DETECTS EVERY TIME A MAN ATTEMPTS TO MASTURBATE. This device would alert the police and members of Congress, (Mike Johnson would approve) so the crime could be punished accordingly. After all, rules are rules, Right?
@valerienickole856 Says:
In a bucket???
@olinewright6877 Says:
I have felt from before Roe was overturned that any woman who had a miscarriage would be charged with murder. This woman should sue the nurse and hospital for violating HIPPA laws
@aking3624 Says:
The hospital was trying to cover their butts of their poor treatment!! Hope she sues the nurse, the hospital & the cops!!! 😡🤬😡
@nocturnalverse5739 Says:
Thank you sane people. I hope the cosmos gives this woman a break, she's been through the wringer.
@HighKicks2yaTeef Says:
Thank god for the jury because this IS INSANE!
@AngelChristinaaa Says:
I’m white and I feel like they would have never done this to me or any other white mother.. She should sue them for distress!
@biancasilket6712 Says:
Sue baby, help mommy have the STRENGTH to sue Baby! 🌈🙏🏿
@bellamonroe7322 Says:
This is wild why would she bury a miscarriage I’m not surprised they called the police on her
@ellew4573 Says:
