This is the dumbest argument ever - you think they could plant evidence during a search, but not a siezure? The point is they were there 7 times, finding evidence long after the first search.
And people expressly forbidden from being there for conflict of interest, were there. This alone should taint all evidence found, otherwise why forbid them in the first place?
