"Creamer" often referring to a flavored half/Half for teas or coffees and heavy cream and milk are often used during baking. "Cream" usually refers to a thin paste or a filling for baked goods or meals (Like all languages there are synonymous expressions like sauces or icings). Of course this is my cultural experience along the western area of the country near the Midwest. Things tend to change as you move across the land in either direction. Cream is cream (usually for cooking/food) and sometimes comes in cans (table cream/media crema). Also available as whipping cream.
Creamer is for coffee. It is not usually made from actual cream (typically made of vegetable oil)
Half and half is 50% Cream and 50% Milk mixed together homogenized. Both creamer and half&half are added to coffee.
This is by no means an exhaustive list as dairy is huge here in the states😂

Pretty sure that this would be is animal cruelty and against the law in most civilized countries. Where I live, piercing a cat if you're not a vet with a good reason will land you up to 3 years in prison. So, either she's not a cat, or should be in prison. Maybe both. You might get off with a fine fory dying a cat's hair. Still - against the law.
