If a female child is under the age of 18 and is living with her parents who are providing her support, then those parents have the RIGHT to know what is happening to their daughter and when her health might be of concern. Any health issue of the daughter needs to be known by her parents that same day and time. The School has no authority over her health nor does the state government or agencies. Her parents are responsible for her welfare and this silliness needs to stop. The village does NOT get to raise the child unless she has no parents or grandparents or capable, legally assigned guardian(s).

I personally am not for abortion except under certain circumstances. Accountability is key.
