Honestly, I feel like Joey being kicked out was the most insane thing ever, Even bands like Gwar who dosent like Slipknot stated Joey was one of the best drummers of all time and don’t want to discredit him in anyway, And if it helps, a lot of people from Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Korn, I think Aerosmith I could be wrong but a lot of folks liked Joey in general.

There are so many bands like Slaughter to Prevail, Paleface, and Spite that do Slipknot's job way, way better with less members to boot. Slipknot has been kept afloat by nostalgia money for years, and it's a miracle Corey's ego hasn't chucked everything down the drain. They kicked out the objectively BEST member of the band, and arguably the most impactful member to their success that somehow blended Death Metal into one of the biggest metal bands ever JOEY. They don't know what they're doing.
