The recent magazine restrictions in Oregon and Washington mean that many guns cannot be purchased here anymore. Just think of the list besides the AR class of guns. Browning Hipower=13 round magazine. Banned etc. By placing a 10 round limit on magazine capacity, the state government has effectively blocked anyone from purchasing these firearms. So the high capacity mag ban is REALLY a ban on many guns. Sure am glad I have the habit of buying 4 or 5 mags with every gun I have ever bought.
