Why isn't gender affirming care actually psychological and medical help for people to understand and accept their gender instead of mutilation and sterilization? Gender is not "assigned" at birth, it is recognized at birth and is an immutible trait everyone will carry for the rest of their lives regardless of what the do to deny it.
