So, according to the laws, the malita is there to stand against tyranny and a corrupt government, and the "new malita" national guard is under a government body then that doesnt count Because they answer to the government not in the intrest of the ppl. Futher more the fact that they take gun rights away from ppl whome have commited crimes did their time and are released back into the community as "free men/women" then by the constitution you cant do that.
