Regarding Dxxx, if you do a simple calculation of how much a person/main breadwinner has to earn to sustain a typical household consisting of 2 adults and 2-3 children they, Dxxx, is not willing to pay those wages. Instead they buy up a bunch of properties to house these workers at 10-20-30 people per household. I thought that's where the term 'SFR' (single family residence) came from? Are there occupancy laws? I get the citizens are concerned BUT, do they actually know a Haitian vs a Black American, when they see one? I asked because it wouldn't be a good thing for Black Americans to be targeted as a result of what Haitians may or may not be doing. Secondly, this isn't new. In other states, people whether under protected status, or just plain illegals sponsored by NGOs whatever, Latinos, Asians, Europeans, Somalian, Sierra Leon etc came and would be able to get employment, while Americans were being laid off. Job ads in foreign languages being used to entice those people to apply for jobs. It's just small town Springfield in Ohio is getting a taste of what happened in Alabama, with Tyson's food, only this time it's Haitians and not other nationalities with asylum claims. Americans should hold to account those in power not those who are powerless. I too would find it shocking if someone grabbed up some geese and walked off. People coming into this country need to educated about the cultural norms in this country.
