I moved to mexico about 4 years ago to get away from canada once and for all. Ironically where I live in mexico there are ZERO homeless people, zero tents, zero zombies and lunatics walking around talking to themselves on the sidewalk (except the occasional American tourist strung out on drugs). I’m back in Ottawa for the summer and there are homeless and mentally Ill people on every single block. Even in areas that used to have no homeless people. It’s shocking. Time to wake up.

Cut down on the massive immigration, begin government funded medical detox and focus on Canadian citizens having a better life. So programs and jobs along with affordable housing for first and foremost, Canadians. Also, don't create a new government branch to run these programs, use existing government positions.
