Finally someone shining a light on these diploma mills: Norquest in Edmonton and Selkirk and The College of the Rockies in BC are the same. 99% of the students are Filipino or Sikh, working full time sometimes two jobs while most of their "classes" are on-line. . A lot of federal government, provincial government and municipal governments' programs provide grants to non-profit organizations to support foreign "students" to come in and "study" in Canada. Canadians are sleepwalking towards the edge of a clif.

Scam works this way all these immigration consultants open a office back home in Canada they open vocational college which have no credit value and unregulated as well. It is Canadian government who is giving visa. By the way you need Rs.2000000 roughly $50000 to get visa. Every single band of Ielts sold for Rs. 100000.

However, due to this kind of diploma mill college, the reputation of international students is diminished. All the Canadians look at international students as scammers. However, what about international students who come to study legally and invest a huge amount of money in their education? They also become the victims of all the blame in the society.
