my niece who was once in my care through the foster system here in San Diego calif was neglected through the system she was 11 yrs old when Im guessing was on a visit with her siblings and while visiting she was taken across the boarder with those siblings mind you they did her makeup and she passed for at least 16 yrs of age, I know if you slip or flirt your way in clubs in Mexico they'd let you in.well needless to say she either got lost from her sisters or some older guy / man r a p e d her and either he took her further down south to Colima Mexico and either got tired of her and left her their pregnant yes at age 11, only for this child to have been stranded and pregnant and some random man asking her if she was hungry and needed a place to sleep rents her a room and yes r a p e s her again. my heart was broken for her as she told me her story. he then leaves her and then another man maybe your than the first two takes her in and the abuse upon abuse continues he tells his mother when and if she can eat ,his mother listens to him and if I'm correct because he's the one bringing home some kind of money is the one saying when and if she eats. I dont remember if I held back my tears because I knew I needed to continue hearing her story, so from what I was told this person kept her locked up and and there were days she wasn't allowed out. one day she was sent to the store and was told to go pick up some items and I'm not sure if it was during one of those outings she reached out to one of her siblings who was at job core and during that call she briefly told him where she was at and what was happening to her, he calls his older sister and she reaches out to me and briefly tells me my sister called my brother and he's telling me she's in Colima Mexico and doesn't know how to get home and she just had a baby! my God I knew at this point my heart was broken and understood why I was dreaming about her and every time I payed she was the one who stood out in my mind the most. I finally reached out to the foster care system here in San Diego and spoke to her case worker and said to them she's in your care and someones getting paid meanwhile she's missing according to her siblings who kept it from me and I told that worker you have 3 days to go get her ! her sister is giving me info and I'm holding you people accountable to bring her home! and you'd better take a baby carrier because now she has a baby and that baby not staying in Colima Mexico. I never seen the foster care move so fasten my life now I'm wondering if...... and to how many other children that's happened to. a angry and sad aunt.
