I really wish I could be a traditional wife or as they used it be a housewife. we can't afford it, so hubby is working on getting a promotion so I can stay home. there are days I feel so pulled in multiple different directions. i feel burned out and don't know which way to go. between 3 kids, work home wife etc. it's hard to focus on everything.

I will be honest and admit to finding the trad wives content online fascinating in a car crash sort of way. What I see presented is so far removed from my own experience growing up, in a very gender role traditional house in the 1970s, that it feels like I'm watching some sort of elaborate cosplay. I suppose in a way I watch the content wondering if and when I'm going to see something that is familiar to me. I say this as someone who is a non religiously motivated homemaker as well.

I believe that the trad wife content is becoming more popular and getting lots of views is because women who are unsure of their future latch on to the unrealistic expectations on TikTok.
Let’s be honest, these platforms that trad wives post on is just 1 to 15 min of their whole day. They put make up on, do their hair, and get dressed for the camera to talk about being trad wife, or how to dress feminine, or how to attract a man, or cooking things by scratch. And when women in their personal life has a job and they see this, they want this. They want to sit at home and wear pretty dresses and makeup and not have to worry about bills and other responsibilities. Like who doesn’t? However, this is the internet. Just because you and your partner decided that you will be a trad wife does not mean your life is going to be like those portrayed online.

I'm a french wife of a austrian Pastor (what ist a great honor for me) and a mother of 6 with Homeschooling..
I became a lot of critisism from my family and society then the problem for them is that my "works" brings no money or position in life..
And that ist the key for me..
I want to make the "job" or "the work " from and for The Lord!!! , not for money or honor..
He ist so good und truthly that He will provides for me , upon my man or the society..
My man ist a servant..He ist a big example for me..
His service provides me too..and makes me want to serve him too .
We have a little farm too with cheeps, chicken and ducks..Its difficult for me to wear a dress in stable when babies sheep are borned..but I try to be feminine and that 's makes me happy and gives my womans life sense.
For the girls that are hoppeless then hurt trough difficult situations..:The Lord repare all of it and gives you new opportunities when you come to Him and demand help..
I have become it in my ownly life..

Yeah the traditional Psalms 31 woman does not really exist in America anymore at all! I'd have to go to another country to find a good Christian Psalms 31 woman. I gave up on human females ten yrs ago when I was 35. No I no longer care about what any of you want or need or desire. I just don't give a dang anymore.
