If you had placed yourself in a position that could be used against you, like going on a cruise with the guy you hired. You would cover yourself by being able to prove you paid Wade back. The worst part of this is the location. Atlanta is a big city, but it’s also a small city. I’m sure that Terrance Bradley was threatened or something, and I don’t believe either Fani or wade. They have too. Unchanged to lose not to lie. I just worry that this judge will feel pressure to keep them on the case. The judge is up for re-election, so maybe that I’ll be pressure enough. Fulton county isn’t exactly a Republican strong hold.

I really believe that Wade made up the SA claims against Bradley, knowing he would have a big payday and didn't want to split that money as per practice in their firm. I think Bradley's motivation to help Merchant stems from this raw deal, but unfortunately, they got to him on his testimony. The judge would not have put him on the stand the second day after in camera if he was just going to clam up.
