In Russia there is an ethnic techno group called Otyken who dress in traditional Native clothes, and some people in the Baltics like them so much they used their Native clothes during their national carnival Day where people dress in different costumes and clothes resembling different people of different cultures etc and no one is offended! In fact the Otyken group posted a short video showing those people trying their traditional clothes and they were happy about it!
