Hippos cause the most animal deaths every year. And in Africa they at least have predators (somewhat(even if they get the babies sometimes)), but in Columbia they have none(I'm assuming at least). Columbia should sell tourist hunting permits, could increase tourism/money and continually keep the population down. People pay to go hunt in Africa, so would think some people do the same in Columbia.
