Solving the problem of piracy is much harder than you think. Even though piracy has declined in the horn of Africa, incidents of piracy are still happening all over the world. Especially on the other side of the continent which has become a new hotspot for pirates.

Do you know that 30% of world fishing go down when the Somali pirates where at the peak? Which means the illegal fishing of that amount was being taken from Somalia area? SOmali pirates is something out of a myth. Its hollywoodisized, theres no somali pirates, only a a lack of an organized somali state (destroyed by US). Somali "pirates" dont do nothing normal customs or border police do. Try to throw your garbage and oil change and dummp it outside of US coast, or UK coast, you will see how fast they will behave as real pirates.
