I understand why they're not popular now, but I wish more people would make more artistic maps like the really old ones that were more about symbolism than factual information

I have the entire set of geologic quadrangle maps for the entirety of Kentucky, the state in which i live. They've helped me in my ventures to collect the rocks and stuff like that here in KY. It's helped me find geodes, quartz crystals, fossils galore, coal, etc. It's so awesome! There are 20 individual maps, all of different regions and a couple of the entire state and they fold out and are huge and really detailed. The whole set cost me like $35, but it's become priceless to me.
