Here's the deal: As long as you pay your fair share of taxes... I could give a shit if you turn around and suntan only your ass. You are basically going to have to live with that. Not me. And we get it. You can tell people that if they don't wear sunscreen and they basically show their ass to the sun they may get cancer (though 1 minute a month not really lol). But they have a choice. They are adults.
To be fair, if it's just 1 minute or 2 and it's once a year it's not a huge deal. We are too obsessed with the sun here and we are acting as rich white people as well. Just like her. Tribes in South America and other parts wear minimal clothes and they get cancer rates but not as much as us. And yes we are white, but there's more to cancer than the sun. Sunblock doesn't automatically mean you will never get skin cancer as well, as some Americans painfully realize when they get screened and find it. There's an obsession in this culture with cause and effect and trying to control every outcome; and sometimes you just have dumb luck even if you did the best you could, and you have great luck even if you were forever sunbathing.
Also, what she feels is because she basically made her core work and basically probably did yoga poses. So you can probably get the same feeling while clothed, with sunblock, and just doing a 30 minute yoga session in your balcony... this way your neighbors don't get mooned or worse.
