The fact that the reporter is saying, "We shouldn't be able to lie to the American public," is telling. I mean, CNN provided us with the WONDERFUL quote "Fiery but mostly peaceful protests", along with a host of others that demonstrated they were lying. And Nina Jankowicz's role on the now-defunct Disinformation Governance Board would have amounted to nothing less than punishing people who didn't toe the party line in their messaging. Essentially, most of the legacy media DID lie to the American public for a LONG time. And what they're calling 'lying' now isn't. It's people sharing information that doesn't agree with the narrative.
