Now the other case of Stormy Daniels, they did not charge him with sexual battery, because there too he appeared, assaulted her and then disappeared with no security cameras seeing it in a hotel.
They decided that since she had been t here to have multiple sexual partners making multiple porn shoots the whole time she was there, they decided not to charge him with sexual assault.
So instead Stormy Daniels blackmails him and demands hush money. I was not aware Blackmail was legal.
Anyway, the crime there was that when Trump paid the hush money, his accountants put it on the wrong line of his financial statement, which amounts to 31 felonies.

The Millennial guy did make one inaccurate statement. Not every appeals court has five members. Different courts can have different numbers of members. Also, sometimes you only get a panel of judges which is often three, but you can ask for a review by the entire court which is called En banc. Otherwise, it was a good report.
The only jurist that seemed sympathetic to the state was the presiding one and she seemed solely focused on the broad power given to the AG to bring suits under the statute. She had no comments or questions about the substance of the matter. One thing that floored me that did not get comment from the bench was that an attorney for the state said reliance was not required to find liability under the statute. I am no expert on New York law but the definition of fraud in every other state I have seen requires reliance as an element of fraud in both civil and criminal matters.
