The words "disinformation" and "misinformation" are intelligence agency terms carried over from the old Soviet Union. That Kerry throws these words out there in the same sentence as a reference to the US Constitution really shows he should be deported to a country he would feel more comfortable in.

Not too long ago there was a Senator from Massachusetts who ran for President. His name was John Kerry. While he was running for President he said on the issue of abortion,
“I oppose abortion, personally. I don’t like abortion. I believe life does begin at conception. But I can’t take my Catholic belief, my article of faith, and legislate it on a Protestant or a Jew or an atheist. We have separation of church and state in the United States of America.”
Now for many this quote sounds good or right. I can’t take my view and impose it on people who don’t believe the way I do, right? We have the separation of church and state, right? But if you look at this quote a little bit more closely, you’ll see there are a number of problems with it.
First of all he says, “I believe life does begin at conception.” Now let me point out one factor here. What he believes is irrelevant. The truth is life does begin at conception. When an ovum is fertilized, or a male sperm and female egg come together, you have a 100% genetically unique human being. That’s not a matter of debate. It’s not above anyones pay grade to know. This is very simple. It’s not an “article of faith”. It has nothing to do with separation of church and state. It has nothing to do with anyones religion. It is just a pure scientific fact. So that’s error number one.
Error number two, he says my “article of faith”. It doesn’t matter. It’s not a matter of faith. It’s a matter of scientific fact that this is a genetically unique human being.
Then finally when he says, “separation of church and state”, that’s irrelevant. We’re not talking about legislating anyones religion.
What does the first amendment of the United States Constitution say? The actual wording is, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of RELIGION, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…”
Now, does anyone see the words “separation of church and state“ in there? No! So we know what the first amendment says. Now, what does the first amendment NOT SAY? IT DOES NOT SAY, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of “MORALITY”, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…”
Now, is there a difference between religion and morality? Yes! There is a big difference! The first amendment does NOT prohibit legislating MORALITY, it ONLY prohibits legislating RELIGION.

When politicians are referring to disinformation they're not referring to information that's not true they're referring to information that goes against their corruption and agenda. Ask yourself when is a politician ever told the truth? And the public is supposed to rely on them as the arbiters of Truth give me a break. 100 % of the times when the government is referring to disinformation its information they don't like not untrue information.
