You take away absolutes and replace them with fluid ideology, common core, and a terrible education, where most students graduating can't even properly read, and they've been set up for failure, there is no joy to life and their only purpose is to protest everything.

This is what happens when children are so overprotected that they never learn life lessons. Gen X were allowed to get hurt, and we learned that actions have consequences, and that accomplishments require effort.

This is deep and true. Social media plays a major part in this because people are no longer connected to real people. They either have a fake persona online and/or pay a lot of attention to fake images or stories online. This cannot continue. I’m part of the gen X and we know how to live without social media. Young people do not.

After serving in the army, I took a job at the VA hospital in OKC. I was just pushing a broom to try and get into the electrical department. I volunteered to do the psychology ward and several people told me it would get to me. After about 6-9 months, I was walking around in the Twilight Zone. It only lasted a couple of weeks or less. I couldn't figure out what made me ANY different than the people in the hospital. My answer was, it's REALLY easy to just be there and have EVERYTHING done for you. Just quit on your problems!!! My problem was, I was burning the candle at BOTH ends. BIG TIME. I was working two jobs, playing softball a couple nights a week and tennis also a couple of times a week. SO, DON'T be a quitter!! Remember Joe Dirt, you have to keep on getting on.

In the privacy of your own mind ask God to come live in your mind and heart. 1)Admit your a sinner. 2) ask God for forgiveness and to take away your desires for sin. 3) Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior. This is how you become born again. Keep praying and be open to hear God in your heart speaking to you, read your Bible, find a church that will not attack you, but that will give you the word of God lovingly. That whole you will go to hell unless you repent is never helpful for anyone and does a dis-service to God. Eventhough it is true. We need to help with love and compassion. God will give you Agape Love, God will never leave you if you invite him into your heart and mind, even if you keep on sinning, but over time you will grow and God will be with you and you will overcum.

Back 40 years ago when I was 16 religions paid for politicians campaigns so they would have morality in the laws they passed. Obama removed all religions rights to Lobby our government to have morality. Obama said I religions Lobby government then they will loose all their tax exemptions, a truly evil thing Obama did. Today we see the results. Churches law and order helped me change my life when I struggled with all the things in this video.

Emotions are the ebb and flow of neurochemicals, based on internal, and external level of stimuli. We don't need narcotics, we can manipulate our emotions with merely a train of thought, or through activities. It's about how you live your life, not what's in your medicine cabinet. People who are convinced they are depressed are spending too much time in their heads, creating a neurochemical "feedback loop". If we chase someone down the street with a chainsaw, they won't have time to sit and dwell on what's bothering them.
@kenfulkerson9567 Says:
There is so many feeling down but continue to do the same thing over and over. If you won't get out of your comfort zone, then you are to blame for your issues. Look around and find a new path and stop waiting on others to fulfill your needs. Never trust the politician to make life better, find your path of abilities.

@Chaille76 Says:
We have a generation that grew up with influencers instead of parents. We have a generation that was never made to have consequences for wrong actions. That's why you now have a generation that thinks they're entitled. To a wonderflee Instagram Pinterest lifestyle. When in reality it's it's completely fake. They've never had the distinction between reality and fantasy. And that comes with a good a** whooping.

@deadseamonster Says:
When 65% of the country is taught, and accused of being truly terrible people that are only successful because they stand on the backs of the truly good and virtuous people, thats probably not a recipe for happiness. Those 65% become self loathing and turn upon each other to prove that they're 'one of the good ones.' This incessant virtue signalling becomes a way to prove that you're not as horrible as everyone says. And, of course, if you're told that you will never achieve anything in life because you're a hated minority that will only be exploited, and never allowed to prosper, that only leads to hatred, rage, and defeatism.

@dennisdose5697 Says:
People are told that they deserve happiness and that they should run after it. But I don't think it works that way. Happiness seems to be a byproduct, not a tangible goal. We experience happiness when we are focused outside of our selves, pursuing the tasks and goals that God has set before us, often for the benefit of others. Focus on one's own pleasure is ultimately a lonely and arid path.
