One obvious problem relates to time. The World-Wide Web is practically forever. What you write today will still be online in a thousand years, (but you'll probably be dead by then, so let's just say twenty years).
The trouble is, fashion is seasonal. What e-Karen considers quite fashionable today maybe not the same as what She considers fashionable in twenty years. Yet, the comments you write on Youtube today will still be there in twenty years if someone in the future happens to be out to get you, so they sift through all your online history and dob you in to e-Karen.
So, what is the statute of limitations for misinformation? (I presume there is no such thing).
