I looked into Starlink and residential prices were around 140$ ish monthly, might think that is expensive but considering it takes 100s of millions of dollars in order to build the infrastructure for cable/dsl internet. It is a no brainier on which one is the better choice.

Sounds very much like another project that involved a large amount of green pipe. What was very obvious to those close to the actual construction (not those who were spoon fed information) was the attitude of companies and workers that this was something that could and often was be taken advantage of. The government really ought not be involved in any actual projects due to an apparent inability to effectively oversee and manage the behaviours of others. Band of brothers can be problematic if all the brothers turn out to be thieves.😮
