This has been brewing for a while, l've seen a few people try to pass bad checks at my bank they got caught almost immediately after, l saw one of them try and then got in cuffs. l think chase was just preparing for the inevitable that was coming, which it did and in a few days got fixed. For the ones who did this you only have yourself to blame, you thought you were seeing green and silver at the end but really you'll be seeing "iron" bars and a "grey" jump suit.

My thoughts, it’s not worth it to lose your bank account over anything like this. I didn’t partake in the glitch, but I know what it’s like to be kicked out of a bank for life. It’s happened to me with Bank of America, and I was LUCKY to even be able to start over with Wells Fargo. The time in between was torture to live through and some of the most stressful days I had ever lived. The emotional trauma still haunts me. The fact that people actually went and did something like that I can’t even laugh at. Myself included, we all need to do better.
@Kitsune10060 Says:
the fuck around and find out is strong with this one.
@Ulvetann Says:
Gen-Z, the lost generation.
@ScottyB2024 Says:
People were doing this 30 years ago…what’s old is new again.
@robertcopter5127 Says:
So Chase Bank is nice enough to allow its customers to access funds from their own checks without waiting, and people are taking that as an opportunity to steal from them. This is why we can't have nice things.

This stunt proves the ferengi rules of acquisition could be true in real life rule 10 greed is eternal

The penalties will not be too bad for a first time offender. If it is under 10K and if the defendant cooperates / accepts responsibility the U.S. Attorney will write a 5K:1 letter to reduce your sentence. Maybe you will get a year or 2 in a low level facility. Just do your time and quietly. I would not worry about getting a job. There are plenty of openings for those with felonies in under water welding, asbestos removal and junk removal.
@thefozzybear Says:
Trump has been convicted of 34 felony frauds, so don't feel so bad. LOL!
@christlyngrayson3850 Says:
This money is insured and some of them will just get a slap on the hand. The court system is back logged for years.
@chevalierdesangreal Says:
now they are in incredible debt and trouble needing a lawyer to try to explain that they were dumbfounded by a tiktok trend and didn't actually thought they were commiting fraud so they can avoid the jail time still they need to give money back that's most likely already been spent a lot on materialistic items. i can see a struggling single mom trying it for 500 maybe 1000 to pay some bills and feed her kids getting away with the jail time but the 80k flexing stacks on social media as if they run those streets are gonna have a hard time
@vincenttaran5873 Says:
Jail time
@katiedid1851 Says:
Tiktok is criminal. No fraud checks. Anything goes. Not right. I do no facetime. More food for racists. Sad.
@magnusprime27 Says:
Now the problem is ppl that legitimately dept thier checks are gonna be under high scrutiny now
@magnusprime27 Says:
I find it hilarious when these idiots get caught and are like its thier fault for the glitch..wow so you think its right? Lol
@MrBucketlist Says:
Tiktok is one of the worst things that has ever been introduced to modern society.
@Darby-qu6hz Says:
Maybe they should fix it
@MrWR1GHT Says:
People were doing this over 20 years ago. It's definitely more dangerous today with the advancement of technology
@1HourMartinizing Says:
Brian, they don't need cameras. You go to an ATM and insert YOUR bank card. The envelope they submit into the machine is printed with YOUR account info. The bank has everything they need to know who perpetrated the fraud.
@StephenStollmeyer Says:
I legit think it’s an IQ issue. How could so many people think they are good after committing bank fraud.
@robgoins3672 Says:

@denverferrell5217 Says:
Why would a bank give the money before the check clears?
@gypsyrose7554 Says:
I think there is a very smart someone out there actually knows that if they do a video like this and put it out there saying that this is a trend everybody's going to jump on it. These people who come up with this stuff or just setting these guys up for failure it's hilarious. They fall for it everytime. 😂😂😂
@lindinle Says:
All this thing as got me to ask is what if i sent a check to myself from myself?
@taviacook3590 Says:
Chase been moving shady. Them wells go far.
@taviacook3590 Says:
The bank had to be aware no way. And set these young ignorant children up. The education system failed them. Who ever lead these children astray needs to held accountable with everyone else who was in the set up. Because it was a set up. By Higher up.
@lonesomecowboy4659 Says:
Everyone that did this knows that it was stealing the bank's money it's called theft anytime you take something that doesn't belong to you is theft and you will repay it
@lonesomecowboy4659 Says:
This is another Democratic conspiracy against the black population to keep them poor and make them Reliant on the government for the rest of their lives I hope they enjoyed spending that money they have to pay back
@lonesomecowboy4659 Says:

@mawsometall4692 Says:
Big rocks to smashing rocks
@Sandals578 Says:
Wow kids are getting dumber than I ever thought possible.
@4g1vn Says:
I’m really surprised that Chase doesn’t have a holding period. If I deposit 10k via checks, only a certain percentage is available to “withdraw”.
@craigl765 Says:
Avoid the glitch and go into the bank and tell the teller to gibe you money in the drawer.
@brooksysdead Says:
The "glitch" was actually a real thing. Its how they were somehow allowed to withdraw the entire amount before the check clears. NormLly you deposit a latge amount like that, you'll only have access to a dmall percentage of it until the check clears. The glitch allowed people to withdraw the entire amount rightvthen and there. So while it is 1000% wire fraud, the glitch they are talking about was a real thing that made people believe theyb were getting away with something 😂
@brooksysdead Says:
All of the dumbest people that have ever lived , are alive right now and these peolle are allowed to vote! 🤦‍♂️
@lolalimeta7785 Says:
It is flat out STEALING. Peoples covetousness and greediness made them steal. No excuse on the behaviorr.
@jdruckus6640 Says:
I can’t understand how people can be so stupid. This is just like the PPP loan scam. The prison system will always have customers. 🤦🏾‍♂️
@timothyvlasak351 Says:
Let's be real, most of these people are going to live there whole life in debt anyways. Plus it looks like most of them were destined for prison long before this. Just a shame the tax payers will have to pay for all this, as usual.
@TheBonelessChikn Says:
Ah, ABL is sucking on something hard, like banker hard. Does not ABL know that banks are the ones conducting fraud? It's legal fraud, but it's still fraud.
@Jerryrice80 Says:
Bank fraud is a federal charge...hw ha
@Jerryrice80 Says:
All the same asphalt apes doing what they do
@Jerryrice80 Says:
Dum people do dum things, chase should no better to do business with asphalt apes
@pegcity4eva Says:
I worked for a bank. We were well aware of it and people got arrested for it.
@robert8311 Says:
People can’t say they didn’t know If you have access to a bank account you have enough knowledge to look something up no excuses
