I know I could improve my situation but I want to be healthy and enjoy my life. Not work 2 jobs just so I’m not struggling financially. There’s not one job I’ve enjoyed and i have a pretty decorated resume in the trades at 30. I should be able to spend quality time with my family everyday with 1 job. The pay everywhere is shit. The good jobs require certifications I can’t afford. People need to stop saying these things are optional. Be clear about what not getting those certs means
