Saskatchewan is conservative why do I see government crown company or corporation full off international students and foreign worker and hiring manager is also a Canadian foreign worker that only hire his own people. Why keep not keeping an eye on them and is out of control that it seems 75% of them are foreign workers/international students and 25% seems to be Canadian. Majority of jobs there are for foreign workers that seems like and always hire foreign workers than actually Canadians why company preferred to hired them rather than us Canadians, why do foreign workers think we owe them and why let let them run the place. Why higher up turning blind eye on this matter, I know you are not blind. But give the Canadians chances.

I suggest she starts focusing on what she promised and start fixing the housing, healthcare and education issues in this province. As an education worker, the thought of adding more students into an already over burden system makes me cringe…. Hopefully she gets a wake up call and starts focusing on the real problems and that doesn’t mean adding more people to an overburden system..

Smith asking for more immigrants. Clearly she didn't spend 5 minutes online looking at the immigration disasters in progress called Britain, Ireland, France, Germany, etc.
It's NOT just the overwhelming numbers but also the immigrants themselves. They are totally unvetted, we have no idea who, what these people are? In Britain, Ireland and France recently they have been after stabbing young children. Then they change the look of your community and have no intention of assimilating into our culture. Their goal is to reshape our culture into theirs. I live in a small town in Ontario. Over the last 2 years this happened. It looks like I moved to India.
If Smith continues with the idea of flooding Alberta with immigrants. Because from here on, it's going to be impossible to cut back the numbers. Smith may find she will lose the next election over this single issue. We clearly saw that happen previously with Tim Hudak and Joe Clark. They both lost elections to political rivals over single issues. Smith better wise up. She just needs to look at the damage being done by immigrant Mayors in Alberta's biggest towns.

This is where people on this side always lose me, the idea that "low skill jobs" (no such thing) only exist as stepping stones for children to gain work experience and move on after a year or so. If somebody likes working fast food, and wants to make it a career, they should be able to do so without being shamed directly or indirectly. They should get the same base level of respect as any other working adult, same with people working retail or other customer service. Not every wants to run a business, not everyone wants to be a doctor or lawyer, not everyone needs some glamorous job with fancy titles to be happy in life - and that is perfectly okay.
