Petitions do not work. You know why? Because petitions are normally brought by the people. Now if this is true, when you vote, who are they suppose to represent? Those same people. If it does not work in the formal democratic way, i.e. voting, how would writing your name on a piece of paper work? We need a Canadian Republic. We need the ability for our majority to take action and when the majority speak, action will be taken. Enough with the pretend "freedoms". Freedom costs and the bill has to be paid at some point.
