I find this whole controversy very disturbing. However, most enclosed tents have a bottom making it impossible to bury anything in the sand unless it was cut out which ruins the tent. If I found anyone defecating in public I would call by-law. Unfortunately, they would never get there in time to see them "in the act". So no one would get caught. The fines should be increased if caught doing it in the water or on land.

All it would take is a massive crackdown , heavy patrol for a consistent amount of time. Zero tolerance until it is resolved. Wasaga Beach is such an amazing place, and we will all make sure it stays clean together. Don't worry as much about blaming, it creates unfortunate side effects. Well the people that really made it here are top layer educated people of those countries, thus far. If you ‘really’ let in people who are really poor and uneducated and really need a helping hand, then be ready to get the uncivilized as well !!!
