What I found even more annoying about The Little Mermaid remake was the ending being changed with the mermaid saving the prince rather than the other way around. They didn't want her being saved by a man.
@dna3930 Says:
I didn't watch Disney cartoons for any political BS, I watched them to get away from crap. Not really Disney csrtoons but others.
If I want to watch a political cartoons, i would watch Animaniac's

@harlleygurrola8394 Says:

@littlemacisunderrated412 Says:
Disney has always been liberal, always. Even if walt was natsoc, they were super liberal then and now
@Count1jt Says:
Definitely not Kathleen Kennedy. She has no idea in what she is doing at all.
@SchindlersFiist Says:
Can kids just BE kids???
@assadfroggo271 Says:
This problem is a symptom of a deeper illness inside the corporation.
If you look at common factors these woke corporations have with one another, you will find they all have a common trait, it goes by the name blackrock.
@carabingham3207 Says:
Bring back old school Disney without this woke BS that makes no sense what so ever
@superlative7confusticate335 Says:
Disney needs to fail.
@StevenHohberg Says:
Yeah Dysney always had a satanic message behind but its very well hidden
@thee_number_six6227 Says:
Disney could have avoided all the backlash simply by making new characters that are what they wanted to make movies on. Want a black mermaid make one, don't chang the pale skinned red head.
@v8felon Says:
It's sad I have to pre-screen movies for my kids and will not play in my home....
@stephanc6138 Says:
idk. she seems more bent on taking down the company due to some pass slight. everything she touches turns to cr*p.
@KeltonTitan Says:
You emphasized “CALLS OUT” but thank you for not using some misleading clickbait title 👌🏻
@jmm91910 Says:
Before it was some feminism by ridiculing Fathers and promoting female characters now is homosexuality and woke stuff also.
@jmm91910 Says:
You forget to mention they want to normalize homosexuality, that’s what they are doing.
@thelittlelady1679 Says:
Kathleen Kennedy got George Lucas his coffee. She doesn’t like Star Wars and doesn’t understand it
@jeffandsherriefranzwa8970 Says:
When writers and directors are primarily concerned with woke characters and plots, they rob the stories of coherence and believability, even in fantasy productions. That’s part of why people don’t enjoy them and withdraw their support.
@patrickstewart3446 Says:
Let’s see if they go with “race blind” casting when they make a live action Princess and the Frog.
@OsamaBinLooney Says:
i was about to type "put a chick in it and make her gay" then i hit the end of the video LOL
@henrygonzalez360 Says:
Walt Disney must be rolling in his grave poor guy just wanted kids to be happy.
@kennyshoes Says:
The current clientele is nostalgic adults, its no longer for the children.
@AryonaSamoto Says:
I believe John Musker embodies the old Disney Values. I wish he was in charge.
@aaronfreeman5264 Says:
When a slack girl was cast as Little Orphan Annie, a traditionally red headed girl, I looked into the history. The Elf Girl was named Allie.
@chrissilver6767 Says:
NO! Agendas have no place...zero...get it out all together.
@asysjr Says:
Put a chick in it and make her gay, and lame!
@cappy2282 Says:
I'd tell them to roll "the message" up and put it where the sun don't shine but they're probably doing that already
@loganater5004 Says:
What incredibly false way to present things, all those films you listed made a s*** whack of money. Two art is subjective, 3 to act like there's not an entire company of people working together and those decisions is f****** outlandish
@EE_etcetera Says:
Can you define the term "woke" to me? I hear it all of the time but no one has yet given me a clear definition. At this point I think y'all are bullshitting saying you don't like someone who has a different opinion than you. Very patrotic of you.
@donaldbensingerjr4528 Says:
If the classic movies were made today y'all would calling them "woke" because a lot of these Disney princesses didn't need a man to save them they are feminine who happened to find love y'all realize a black Cinderella and godmother and y'all didn't care plus if Disney would follow the original story with the little mermaid it would be a gay love story since it was inspired by a love letter of a man who fell in love with a merman
@NsTheName Says:
I do think racial swapping would still bother people, but not for the reasons some people think. It has to do with nostalgia. When you make a live action, you expect the characters to look like the originals. That's the entire point of the live action. If I was watching Princess and the Frog with Tiana already in my head and they cast a red headed white woman I would not be happy about that because I'm expecting to see someone who resembles Tiana. If they were doing Moana with an east Asian woman, I would not be happy because Moana is Polynesian. That's my problem with race swapping these days. It's not a live action, it's a new interpretation. So, they should just come up with all new characters and create new stories in order to include more people from around the world. That's the way to do it.
@RudeDogRanch Says:
When Disney moved into the realm of contriving rather than ideas happening organically, it became very obvious that Disney was no longer in business to entertain but rather indoctrinate.
@Noo1854 Says:
Prager U has systematically worked its way into the American education system. They are trying to force their ideas onto as many children as possible. Many states in the south and Midwest are already infected.
@tylerzorn6152 Says:
Well of course......people are sick and tired of the MESSAGE. Just make movies, and this is why I will never go to any Disney park. !!! Go woke, go broke.
@skahtay16 Says:
What political messages?
@01nmuskier Says:
Kathleen Kennedy took Disney and Star Wars, 2 billion $ gold mines. All she had to do was nothing and the profits would roll in.
Instead, she made 2 of the most lucrative entertainment franchises loathed money pits. You don't do that on accident.
@wesmcinerny4524 Says:
Ah yes, John Musker. He, with help from Ron Clemments, directed such timeless classics as The Great Mouse Detective in 1986, The Little Mermaid in 1989, Aladdin in 1992, Hercules in 1997, Treasure Planet in 2002, The Princess and the Frog in 2009, and Moana in 2016.
Now I hear that the two are now doing an animated film for Warner Brothers based on the Metal Men from DC Comics.
