I'm not sure if every time billions of dollars are transferred a catastrophe happens. The billions of dollars involves making money for weapon manufacturers and apparently individuals in Ukraine. I saw a video of thumbnail from The Jimmy Dore Show where a daughter of a Ukrainian politician or high ranking Ukrainian military individual spending a piece of those billions in France. I may have heard of other Ukrainian(s) spending this money on stuff they weren't suppose to spend it on.
