Catholicism says, talk to your priest as a mediator between you and God, example, 'I have sinned father, yes my child ...do 3 hail Mary's and whatever else. Christianity says have a personal relationship with God, a DIRECT relationship, a PERSONAL relationship! Not to Jesus's mum as she was a vessel or a priest who YOU call your father?
