It just looks like trump is going to win.. however on the topic of marijuana deregulation.. I have heard some political opinions that i disagree with.. one that no one cares about marijuana laws. I don't have the numbers in front of me and maybe I am wrong, but to me it seems like there is a huge chunk of independent voters that will just by default vote for marijuana deregulation. Because of the generational disenfranchisement many americans have endured.. It just parallels with too many of the other popular opinions out there. A lot of Gen x and millennial voters will vote on the same side. I think there's a lot of libertarian leaning people that will also vote on that side. And really a lot of conservatives at this point also are for marijuana deregulation. An easy win for sure.
Marijuana as silly as it seems at this point is still probably a bigger issue than given credit. I've said it since day one... If Trump wanted to secure the presidency and capture the independent voter.. All he needs to do is campaign on deregulating marijuana. It's very America first really. It fits right in with his first act mandatory minimum prison sentence reduction bill.. a total antithesis to biden's age old tough on crime bill. Most hippies are anti-war, and trump has already achieved being the most anti-war president in our era.. alongside the rest of his policies, I don't think he could lose. If he campaigns against that idea, it's going to hurt him on the independent voter side. If trump is going to win.. somebody get him on the right track.
