The reason is very simple. Thw Pakistani Punjabi Muslims *(PPMs) who form 95% of the military loot everything be it mineral resources of Balochistan or other resources. The provinces of PoK, Balochistan, K-P, G-B have no drinking water, no electricity for most of the time, few schools and colleges, food shortages and massive inflation, no jobs, nothing. So they are revolting against the PPMs who control and loot everything.
