Yes because obese people all have diabetes and it's insulin and blood sugars that's driving cancer that's why cancer is so high in india though most people are thin it's because most Indians are pre diabetic or diabetic because of the high carbohydrate diet

Indians didn’t need to worry since they were all skinny to the schedule of one meal a day due to lack of food. Now some Indians can eat two meals a day and obesity becomes an issue. Lol
