The judge should keep slapping the maximum allowable amount on him for everytime Dumpty violates the gag order. Throwing him in jail will have the adverse effect. It would make him a victim of government overreach. His supporters would gobble that up so willingly. Just add a little extra time when it comes to sentencing. Don't be shy.
