I would say as you mentioned really there are a lot of other things that need to be focused than on making it global currency. Like make the proper use of skilled Youngers so that the pace of becoming the developed nation could high up.

I'll toss in an alternative, not as a currency (you will still need fiat), but rather as a store of value to fight against inflation (and also the over printing of currencies around the world). It's called bitcoin 😍
