I appreciate the humor. Too bad they can't continue to use Lego heads. As far as the state of California having a law that the police can't post mugshots, I can see both sides. On one hand, I feel the public should be able to see the individuals in their community that they need to watch out for, but if the accused is innocent, it could harm them to have their photo posted. After all, in this nation, we are innocent unless proven guilty. NOT guilty unless we prove our innocence.
