They said that Joe Biden willfully and intentionally kept classified documents after he was VP, as private citizen.
Him willfully and intentionally kept documents, sound to me that's exactly what Trump did but Trump gets charged. Yet Biden does the exact same thing and they say they don't have enough reasonable evidence to charge Biden.
When the FBi went to see what documents Joe had they called and warned him that they would be coming to his house. The didnt give Trump the same courtesy, they raided his home.
While the various locations Biden had documents many of them unsecured, the FBi let his lawyers go through the documents first. The same courtesy wasn't extended to Trump, the FBI took all the documents without Trump's lawyers being able to go through them first.
