What's really telling is that the typical retort from the "diversity" squad is that the people playing on NFL teams "earned" their spots, so it's "acceptable.
Yet, they then scream about the NHL being "too white," making a point of decapitalizing that one particular demographic to purposefully insult and demean.
It's an extension of their anti-White racism, claiming "white privilege" means that White Americans *never* earn their place on sports teams, in the occupational market, in the academic arena, or anywhere else....never mind they are the statistical majority demographic.
The alt-left constantly singles out, denounces, attacks, and blames only White Americans, claiming to be "resisting" this group's supposed, inherent "whiteness," "white supremacy," and "white privilege."

The arts is literally dominated by rich white people, that’s why nobody cares about the very few all black casted shows. Those shows are in the extreme minority. The only black characters I knew growing up were Cleveland, fat Albert, and the cosby’s and that’s almost exclusively it.
