I also discovered that coffee inhibits vitamin D and the mineral Calcium, which makes Zinc pretty much useless and could lead to hundreds of bad health effects. Absolutely no one should ever drink sweetened drinks or any kind of colas. Grains, such as legumes and white flour bind with zinc, reducing its absorption. Bad absorption, leads to bad health. It appears that the perfect diet, is meats, dark green vegetables, the garlics, and water, goat milk, real butter, with zero processed foods. For money, the food industry is ruining our health and we aren't aware of the long term health issues their processed foods contribute to. Warning ⚠️ labels should be on all processed foods, warning people of the health risks associated with their products.
