Little Debbie is nob-food. Most Americans have commodity bodies. Tge MAN keeps us DOWN, so we buy the inexpensive GMO food. Grovery outlet & Food 4 Less sometines sell organically deliciious snacks. Ameeicans protein count can exceed over 20% vs a poor country's 3% -6%. Eat/grow MORE vegetables. The protein count in veggies grown with poo is A LOT lower than a Veganiic grown fruit or veggie.

I've noticed a lot of breads and tortillas are different somehow.

If the United states wants to dive into the reason for the obesity causes, and the Diabetes issues, the government should step in and make it so Sugar needs to be removed from many of the products. Ice cream for instance, Keto ice cream tastes better than more common ice creams and they have no massive amounts of sugar in them. Same for Sodas in other countries. I used to work with an actual Mexican who would buy a can of pepsi, dump half of it out and fill it up with water. When i asked him why he did that, he said "american soda is too sweet" and he isn't wrong.

@supermushroomariojenkins1717 Says:
Dude, a lot of people use crackers, including ritz, in like onion dip or other soft dips, taco dip, whatever. Imoertinent argument 😂😂😂😂
@supermushroomariojenkins1717 Says:
Yes, Ritz crackers suck now! They are no longer as buttery and break up when just spreading SPREADABLE cheeses! The worst culprit when I researched this actually 2 years ago was Mondalez in Mexico. I syarted watching which company manufactured the product. We should start compiling and sharing the info on the Internet...big time. Stop buying the product if there is no way around aforementioned tack.

Pacific Foods chicken noodle and chicken and rice soup used to be really good. Now it tastes like cheap nasty campbells chicken noodle soup. I used to drink Tazo calm camomile. They recently changed their recipe and it tastes like CAT PEE now! It is 100% noticeable. Switching brands completely for both of these.

My favourite snacks are carrots, celery, and oranges. Sure, i like mini pizza melts on Naan dippers, but I make my own pizza sauce (so, it hasn't lost any zip from "cheaper" ingredients), and I get my naan from a local bakery. Store bought ice-cream? Chapmans is incomparable. Margarine, Becel is the best (hospitals in my area serve it exclusively).
@maryw3643 Says:
Breyers really is a mess. It's just flavored, frozen milk.
@lisabarreto7459 Says:
Combos… where did the cheese filling go?! And what cheese filling is in there, just does not taste good anymore.
@AncientVlogger Says:
Absolutely Ritz crackers turn into powder when trying to use. My favorite munchy is Ritz crackers with cheese and pepperoni, now it is an impractical mess.
@KC-qv8es Says:
Nabisco graham crackers have very reduced graham flour taste. S'mores ruined.
@AM11222 Says:
You’re talking Subway sandwiches Ana. Stick to what you know.
@jojomakes Says:
I've absolutely noticed that about _RITZ_ myself!
@Frizel360 Says:
DIP DIP POTATO CHIP!😊
@xaviSF Says:
I remember cheez its were of better quality
@DDuMas Says:
They do purposely make these foods addictive. If you stop having these snack foods for over four days to a week, you start to notice you no longer have the craving for them. Then after a couple of weeks, if you taste them again, you think, why was I super into these.
@chrismodski6284 Says:
Wow - Smart Balance. From 64% to 39% veggie oil, replacing the difference with water. They must have a HECK of a chemical + emulsification process to make it work. 🤮

Flavorflation is the one public enemy number one.
@novaguy5073 Says:
I now shop at Aldi and try to eat less processed food. The price of junk food is crazy. I might just live longer.
@virginiachris80 Says:
Mayonnaise is a great alternative to butter for grilled cheese sandwiches
@coryluke12 Says:
cenk keeps eating my snacks 😂
@pulsarstargrave256 Says:
I agree about RITZ, I thought it was because of the store where I bought them. Also, I think CHEEZ IT tastes saltier than they used to!
@vulcanfeline Says:
ritz Used to be able to dipped - they do fall apart now. however, if you're anti-dip, you can't spread on them anymore without them crumbling easier
@tureytayno3154 Says:
Of course they do. Greed is what they are all about.
@LeonardGreenpaw Says:
3:10 No Anna, Shrinkflation has been happening since the 2008 depression. You just realized in the pandemic dip because they used the excuse of economic disruption to do a massive jump in a short time, while people had a lot more free time to notice it
@andreaslamers9535 Says:
the US like no regulations so the companies can do what ever they like, btw emulgators bind water to fat
@100M2B Says:
This guy should not comment on this subject. So annoying.

The real issue is the horrendous amount of glyphosate in products containing wheat, oats, and almonds. Glyphosate is linked to cancer.

@CAC6363 Says:
In Europe they call it normal portions… lol
@dennisbohner6876 Says:
A Hershey chocolate bar weighed 2 1/4 ounces and cost a nickle in the fifties/sixties. 20 bars weighed 45 ounces and cost dollar. In 7/11s they go for 3 bucks. Minimum wage was only a dollar/ dollar and a quarter then but inflation is actually necessary in capitalism and I have no clue how to prevent these greedy merchants to modify their opportunistic rip-off ways.
@rebeccageiger9110 Says:
Agreed. Mayo is not great. I am a mustard person.
@KellyHurley-ww1gm Says:
I just thought it was my old age.
@samanthagowen7299 Says:
Also fragrances. A lot of products, especially cleaning ones are changing original fragrances.
@SabeazyDoesIt Says:
With Ritz, multiple crackers are crumbling right out of the package. I have definitely noticed them falling apart easily, even without using with a dip!
@Feral_Turd Says:
yeah, we don't have quality snacks like 'potted meat' that the 1970s had. maybe if people stopped buying the lowest price, great value, type of stuff, then companies might make better stuff.
