oblivious (ob·liv·i·ous, /əˈblivēəs/) - not aware of or not concerned about what is happening around one.

All the mountains of other examples aside, even this *music video* shows how out of touch with regular people the ultra-wealthy are.

Blacktone, giving orphaned children a home, in the slaughterhouse!
@djg1976bedlam Says:
To be clear, a video like this is not for "the poors," it's cringe level marketing for the market they want to capture, yeah?
@edwardcody1671 Says:
These "equity" companies need to be disassembled, it should be an illegal practice...having a monopoly wasn't always against the law and when that changed they had to find a different way to screw the people.

I literally feel a bit nauseous after watching that. Omg, so completely stupid and lacking in creativity. And reeked of twisted masculine energy (twisted because it believes it's superior, and holds its feminine energy in contempt ... see my previous comment), that worship of money (and even the mention of exploiting children; like women, children are strong representations of feminine energy). Oh, the comment I made the other day with a list of feminine energy symbols (like children). This made me realize I forgot one key feminine energy thing. CREATIVITY. Ha. Not only are they heart-less goons (heart stuff is feminine energy), but, omfg, they seem to have zero creative energy. You'd think they could at least get some nice costumes? Not-drab decor or like background stuff? lol... Just so ugly, all of it. Speaking of feminine energy, and we need to do more of that (or the world is going to end up, well, really, really ugly). Animals (all of nature) are representations of feminine energy. I just saw a "short" (on @whataboutbunn) of this conversation: Bunn: "Walk" Mom: "Uh, walk all done. Walk again tomorrow morning, yes." Bunn: (paused) "No." Mom: "No???" Bunn: (paused again) "Why?" ... "Please." Mom: "Okay, let me get my shoes." Bunn (actually "Bunny") is a dog. She's talking by pushing buttons, words that she's learned. Note, lots of people are doing this with dogs and cats (many of them have learned time terms like "morning," "later," "now" etc ... and "all done" is a common phrase they are taught.) I've watched moronic science-y ones deny that these animals are actually communicating. Yeah, our "experts" are so often dumb AF. These animals are obviously communicating (see above). It's so amazing. And stunning that our world isn't very stoked about it. Instead they seem to be in denial. Ya' know why? Yep, it has to do with feminine energy. The masculine-energy "gods" fear it, so they just say it ain't so (like UFO's, ha .. interestingly, UFO's are also symbolic of feminine energy ... anything mysterious, the unknown). Animals (feminine energy) have thoughts and emotions. Like all of our feminine energy representatives, we treat them like trash. If feminine energy is amazing, special and powerful/valuable, where does that leave masculine energy? His "godness" begins to fade. Yep. What they are doing now (consciously/subconsciously) is scrambling to prevent that from happening (feminine energy "rising up"). If we allow their destructive and oppressive agenda to continue, it will bring about a lot more ugly. Before it brings about "the end." (Hint, they can't simply destroy feminine energy without destroying everything ... we are both masculine AND feminine.)

Just wild. These people hoard their money because they know they are monsters that normal humans wouldn’t tolerate in society for very long so they need that wall of money between us and them. They really have no idea what is coming for them in the next couple decades if they are this out of touch.

The boss of Blackstone has just obtained permission to make major refurbishments to his £80 million listed, country house in England. How much money does this guy really need to screw out of the poorest people for more homes?

Please, Americans worship their corporate overlords and love seeing the celebration of excess. They know the back slaps will greatly outweigh any consequences.
@alamaric5534 Says:
Blackstone is practically everything wrong with America and capitalism.
@CanadianSmoke Says:
“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies,” Jefferson wrote. "If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around (these banks) will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered... The issuing power of currency shall be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.” - Thomas Jefferson, 1806
@CanadianSmoke Says:
Blackstone?? Is this a Jason Bourne crossover with Blackbriar and Treadstone? Sounds sketchy. "It's so catchy..." Yep... like a venereal disease.
@evanlytle7220 Says:
I think Cenk touches on a real core problem when he points out the apparent cluelessness pervasive in the video producers' culture. One which allowed them to miss the critique working class people take away from such media almost instinctively This class cultural dichotomy indicates that people are in great huge "cells" of cultural understanding that vary by values and perceptions across society. The "cells" are associated almost wholly with class. The wealthy large holders sequester themselves from guilt in their well developed culture of denial. A culture which supplies them with witty simplistic quips to facilitate their willful ignorance. Not mention the barrier created by the sumptuousness of their lives along with the concerted intellectual effort to justify and maintain their gross cultural apathy.

Someone needs to steal their VW bus and turn it into a halfway decent Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Party Wagon. Not that I would necessarily *condone* any such action, of course....
