Most of the olive oil in my countries stores are fake shit. That's why I've completely switched to butter. Not only is butter superior in flavor, but I don't have to run the risk of overpaying for seed oils.

And no, not MOST OF THE OLIVE OIL, it’s a very small amount buddy.
Italian olive oil undergoes EU regulation so these are the alternatives and NOT the rule.
When you buy olive oil look for the words “DOP”, look for the mark of the European Union (🇪🇺) not just an Italian flag
