Odds on the rise of feminism always causes a decline masculinity and now we're on the fourth wave feminism. It's surprising that there's anything left for a man to have everything else has been taken away. And if he tries to be anything like the past is called toxic misogynist they use buzzwords to beat him down
@krakoosh1 Says:
Dennis, we see right from the beginning in Genesis that it was the man that submitted to the woman that caused the fall of mankind. Eve sinned first, but Adam was charged with bringing sin into the world. He did not protect the woman God gave him. I always wondered why Eve added, and you shall not touch the tree, to what God said. She wasn’t there when God gave that command to Adam. Adam had to teach that to Eve. Adam added that to try and protect Eve. We are not suppose to eat it, don’t even touch it.

How can I be masculine?
@longredroad4249 Says:
lol... anyway, men
the winning move is not to play
@nicksmith7154 Says:
The decline of femininity came first because of feminism then after that then it was the decline of masculinity
@cyn7869 Says:
The abandonment of masculinity through the abandonment of responsibility.
@irina383 Says:
In Ukraine, we had understanding that women were the stronger gender. Because men crumbled, became alcoholics and never climbed out of that pit. Women had to step in and provide for the children no matter the circumstances. Till these days in Ukraine and Russia women will do for the kids and family what men often fail to. I think men’s ego is very fragile. If it sustains a few blows, they are ready to give up, women with children will fight till the last second for their kids’ survival. If man is not providing, there s 0 chances for masculinity.
@davidhunt313 Says:
How about mothers telling their sons that girls just want nice men... all while prolifically consuming books and movies about _50 shades of grey?!_ It's not just the mixed messaging that women put out: it's the utter lack of self-awareness that women seem to be permanently afflicted with!
I would still like a definitive explanation for why testosterone levels are falling so precipitously in men.. and when will it stop!?
@DonTruman Says:
Speaking from experience, I clearly recall back in the 80's or so, seeing the void of feminine women. No one was doing that role. So I was motivated to try to fill that hole, while also being a man. And conversely, who was I being masculine *for* if women were saying they didn't want it, or even were angered by it? A popular thing at the time was for women to insult men who held doors open for them "what, you think I can't open a door by myself???"
That's not to say the opposite wasn't true too (women reacting to the lack of masculine men) just sayin', it went both ways.
@ingus5552 Says:
Disagree, 1st world war made woman more masculine, then 2nd War and it is trend in West since that time. State wanted men in front line and women as work force instead of them. It was very breading ground for feminism.
@sharoneldridge1920 Says:
Which came first the chicken or the egg ?
@judyweigl9604 Says:
I kinda disagree. I lived through the first Women’s Movement which morphed over the years into masculinity is toxic.😢 However, I also believe the real toxic masculinity brought about the first Women’s Movement.😢

@wiggy8912 Says:
No way. Women, 1,000%.
It’s what women’s lib was all about - women wanting to be men.
@bumpkinskill Says:
Thank you Dennis Prager for talking about the natural differences between men and women. The Left can't stand to hear it because it unravels their pretend world. On your show sometime you should talk about the differences between the male and female brains.
@scottstaritzky7956 Says:
Single noms do not make masculine men.
@jaredwilson1938 Says:
I believe it came from both sides. Feminism and women entering the workforce was part of it. Birth control, abortion, and a culture of shirking responsibility was part of it. Government incentivized fatherless homes was part of it.
A lot of boys grew up without fathers to teach them how to be men, and with mothers who were hurt by men. Those same mothers had to become the provider and protector as well. Girls were taught to not need men and to pursue success becoming more masculine, and boys were taught that their masculinity was bad and they should be more like women.
And now we have a generation of lonely, depressed, people who don’t understand who they are or their role in society.
@shadowsa2b Says:
In some cases women were forced to tale on masculine roles, such as the Rosie the Riveter women who filled holes in society when all the men got drafted to go fight a war
@Realityisathing Says:
It would have been the masculinization of women because women first wanted to compete in traditional masculine roles.
@johncampbell7219 Says:
The root problem is “family” courts removing men from the home for profit, thereby removing the masculine role model. Men raised by women become more feminine due to lack of a true masculine example.
@RobertAbrao-o5r Says:
I think feminism destroyed the desire for men to give any cares. Men started going their own way.
As for men declining in masculine traits, easy too many dead beat dads not raising their boys. The moms do it and can’t replace what a man would instill in a boy becoming a man.
@vickydixon7512 Says:
I'm sorry Professor, you are incorrect. In this case, it boils down to ignorance. We as humans, when we are born, have to start with nothing when it comes to knowledge about the world, our parents/teachers/everyone we see, teach us who we could be. This is an issue for both sexes, neither came first. Although, when the corporate world came into existence, man was no longer the sole bread winner, which created the idea that masculinity was no longer necessary. In 1 regard it isn't. It's no longer necessary for men to hunt to feed their families, women don't have to hunt to feed themselves, they use their other skills to make money, to feed themselves. Neither sexes are to blame, it's just an unintended consequence of bypassing the need to hunt to eat.
@st.michaelssoldiers8532 Says:
When will people point to the feminism movement and finally say this is where it started? That was where the decline in femininity started when because if she believes that she doesn’t need a man and can do everything on her own, then she will naturally adopt masculine traits to do it. Thereby the men will see that and believe that they are not needed and will no longer act masculine.
@welcometomymomlife7308 Says:
Amen🙌🏿 I completely agree!
@dragonknight196 Says:
Who's been telling men for decades not to be masculine? Were men telling women not to be feminine? Which is more likely?
@richa.s9912 Says:
As God has been saying " Man wasn't made to be alone on earth so God took Adam's rib and made straight biological female woman name Eve ," to be a companionship a wife a traditional woman and Adam is a straight biological male man name Adam and together Adam and Eve became as one .
@richa.s9912 Says:
You can't have any femininity normal biological female straight girls and women if there's no masculine normal biological male straight boys and men acknowledging the beauty and caring about the traditional value girls and women in America and overseas countries that women are the same Human beings straight biological female women who are the daughter of Eve the first woman of the new World 🌎🌍 the first mother of the World and the child bearing child raising by both man and woman together as husband and wife not to be separately apart from one another.
@chelseag3365 Says:
When I became a mom I knew more than ever why families used to be a mom at home and man at work providing and protecting the family. It is an insane amount of responsibility and stress to be pregnant, worry about a job, and worry about the upbringing of your child by random people, when you feel you have to do it all. (Not to mention the overall pain and sacrifice of pregnancy, birth, and the time spent nurturing your children)
@david.mysticalbeing Says:
I disagree. That's a simp answer. Men should have never giving rights to women to vote and work made men less masculine. Where ever women go, they change everything there to suit their emotions. And because there emotions change every 10 minutes they are never satisfied and they blow everything up before blaming the patriarchy and men in general.
@stevecook413 Says:
Yes and women are already confused enough
@JohnDoe-ce6vn Says:
Wrong - the FDA approval of the pill in 1960 caused the crisis first in feminity
@reeddixon5758 Says:
Nice, condescending towards women and taking gender binary to the bleeding edge. You my friend should consider the fact that people are pretty subjective, and not everyone enjoys being jammed into societal molds.
@dailybooked Says:
I think after multiple wars in 20 century there was just a demographic “hole” - masculinity was simply physicly annigilated.
But the demand was still present - in business, in market, in families - so yes, women started to fill gaps, there was no choice. And the more “bossy” women were, the more soft men had become, because we are always in union, whether someone like it or not.
I don’t blame feminism cause I support it in a original meaning - the right to vote, educaltion, jobs, financial rights. But then, with the decline of masculinity, it all started to change its core values - cause when the goal is reached you need a new goal.
So with the new rise of leftist ideologies in 21 century feminism was picked up, transformed and what we see now is not feminism anymore - it became a shapeless monster for left ideology that’s not even about women, not about rights to do smth - but only about demands and threats.
So now we are approaching the point where the unnaturalness of this male-female flip became so bad that the reaction have finally started.
@tucobakunin8250 Says:
"Profound and mature"...
Lol 😆 🤣 😂
Dennis, you kill me!
@KurNorock Says:
Nope. It was the decline in femininity. It all started as soon as we gave women the right to vote. That kicked off the entire feminist revolution that created masculine women. That lead to a doubling of the workforce almost over night, which lead to lower pay across the board, and more difficulty getting jobs. As soon as women started being masculine and prioritizing having a career over finding a husband and having a family, men feminized themselves in order to fit into that dynamic because men will do whatever women want in order to have sex with them.
It was the women. They are ruining society.
@simshengvue5799 Says:
It's the decline of femininity that came first. Men were welcoming of it at first because they were being nice. They are now welcoming of it because they are scared.
@rc.... Says:
Women first...starts even with girls, before boys can even be masculine, when boys can be sweet, gitls were already displaying competitive spirit whcih is masculine.
@o.fm.a5573 Says:
Maybe the definition of masculine needs to be destroyed first in order for men not to know what masculine really is. Masculine is being unable to be emotionally availible then we are stuck with this mess ignoring the decades long roots
@jhop017 Says:
My theory- Strong men make opportunities for their daughters who become strong women. Strong women are less reliant on men, who take on less responsibility and become weaker men.
@rachael8078 Says:
Feminist. Men were just doing them and suddenly the women changed around them so they adjusted accordingly as they do.
@adriansherlock3907 Says:
When I was a student teacher in 2001, an older teacher told me society was becoming feminized so boys couldn’t be allowed to behave natural anymore.
@angelicalee6 Says:
I have always thought it was women failing first but I can see you made a great and valid point sir.
@currentlyaliv Says:
Can you stop being prejudiced because you’re afraid of people being different from you.
@АлександрАнархире Says:
Women themselves contribute to the decline of masculinity
@lars9925 Says:
Modernety reduced the need for strong men (not entirely but by a significant amount). Women, who could feel safe and secure by themselfes now, have overinterpreted that and started feminism which destroys both femininity and masculinity.
@MuricaTurkey Says:
I agree, though it seems to me that women started acting more masculine first. Don't get me wrong: Anyone can be of either temperment to some degree, and I'm quite the Tomboy (even as a 40 year old wife and mother). However, I just think that when such emphasis is put on women becoming more masculine, they lose their natural gifts of actual, helpful empathy (not the glory seeking, narcissistic desire to be idolized masquerading as empathy we see so much nowadays). Without that genuine empathy, we lose much of the drive to caretake.
Because of this, society tries to balance itself and men become more feminized.
After 40 years of society pushing hard for feminism and this led to both women and men becoming more anxious and chaotic and lost, because that is what is likely to happen to some extent when you go that much against the natural order. Some variation is fine. But when most are encouraged to buck tradition it inevitably leads to some kind of disaster.
@SparkCroft21 Says:
Imho it started after ww2. Women had started working a lot becoming more “masculine”.
Feminine men is quite new I’d say
