I use to live in S.F., now Palo Alto. The homeless there will try to stab people with the large meat cleavers just to get those 3 free hots and a cot. My friend who use to work for the homeless out reach team ( H.O.T.) says most of homeless don't want free housing, their own apartment, besides the homeless are infamous for starting fires and walking away only to face no jail time. They put them in apartments with children

San Fran use to be a great area to vusiit. We live in San Hose in the Late 90's. Use to take my kids there fairly often. Golden Gate Park, Pier 39 and surrounding area. in 1980 I was in school up there could walk from the Golden gate to the warf and not get hassled . What a shame the State has done this. I have many family in So Cal, will not be long before that area turns into a cess pool.
