When the fact of the matter is that the indictment is written so poorly and doesn't really state I just exactly how Donald Trump is guilty of what they say he's guilty of and you can tell that this is never meant to get a conviction but merely to showboat to tarnish his reputation in to rat him out during a campaign season none of the items listed or the descriptions given in the indictment in anyway leave out beyond A reasonable doubt. In fact I don't even think that this would get a conviction in a civil court with a burden of proof being preponderance of evidence basically over 50%. There's no way this will ever lead to an honest conviction.

His 1st Amendment right to question the validity of the election is his opinion and is protected. Trump merely asked the Congress to review the election results, in particular the claims of fraud in the states that infamously halted the counting during the evening, and had the election lead change as a result. Who wouldn't argue about this? Democrats do the same when results are not what they expected even without halting the counting and shutting out observers.
